• Borrow Fabric Sample books

• Request Cut Fabric Samples from Fabric Companies (order over the phone and get them posted)

• Make final decision on Fabric and Finishes



Step 3

Organise Fabric and Furniture Logistics via phone and email.

Commitment to Upholstery Service is made.

Client makes Fabric Deposit to commit to future works.

• Labor/On the Bench time begins

• Cutting, Furniture Stripping, Glue Repairs, Furniture Repairs

• Estimated time frame is given

• Structural investigations, changes or custom adjustments made and communicated and added to job spec's



Step 4

Full Tax Invoice created and emailed to client. Pickup and Delivery times further discussed and finalised.

• Full Payment due before job leaves workshop

• Invoice Number on Tax Invoice is used in description for Bank Transfer payment



Step 5

Job Completed and Delivered.

Making sure client is happy with finished result and job outcome.
